We are pleased to announce a FREE Regional Training Workshop to be held at the AMPI Conference in Cairns, Queensland on Wednesday 26th March 2025.

FREE QPS Qastor Software – Master Class – Wednesday March 26 1300-1600 AMPI Conference – Cairns Qld

The workshop will be practical, with a focus on the latest developments in QPS Qastor Software. We aim to provide pilots with a better understanding of how to use various attributes and capabilities of their PPUs in Qastor software – including:

Cruise ships: – using Qastor Messages to address common Cruise Ship challenges
Tides: – tide modelling Australian and NZ tides in Qastor
Multipath: – placing PPU antennas in cruise ships
Profiles: – customising Qastor use and sharing between all pilots
Pilot Presentation: – practical use presentation from Australia
Questions and Answers: – share your questions and suggestions with QPS’ Research and Development Lead

And of course there will be ample opportunity to discuss tips, tricks and challenges with other expert users in the field.

We are very lucky to have Arne Schotanus, the Qastor – QPS Product Lead from The Netherlands co-presenting with Acoustic Imaging’s very own Lead Scientist Nicole Bergersen.
